Submission Guidelines.
All proposals must be submitted by
January 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
Thank you for your interest in contributing to a Sports ETA event!
Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your session proposal(s).
1. All proposals must be submitted via the submission form by January 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Late entries will not be accepted.
2. We welcome proposals from sports tourism professionals, destinations, rights holders, venues, industry partners, etc., with insights, case studies, or best practices that advance the industry.
3. Sessions may include workshops, panels, case studies, interactives disucssions, or other engaging formats.
4. Standard sessions are 45-60 minutes. Please plan for the maxium of 60 minutes with the flexibility to adjust as needed.
5. Proposals should address timely topics, innovative practices, or actionable strategies that align with industry needs.
6. Sale pitches or promotional presentations will not be considered.
7. Speakers should ensure materials and delivery are inclusive and accessible to all participants.
8. Speakers must be available on the event dates the submission is for.
9. All speakers must meet deadlines for session materials, bios, and AV requirements.
10. Due to the non-profit nature of Sports ETA, speaking at our events in voluntary, and no honarium is provided.
11. All speakers are required to register for the event (unless otherwise stated).
12. All presentations must be original work. Plagiarism or the use of uncredited content from others is strictly prohibited and will disqualify the submission.
13. Submissions will be reviewed based on industry relevance & alignment, originality and innovation of content, learning value and takeaways.
